Roaring X-Mas.

iventos was commissioned to organise the annual Christmas party for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. With a guest list of 200 to 350 people, the task was to create a glamorous event under a new theme. The challenge was to develop a unique and extraordinary celebration each year that lives up to the high expectations.

Under the theme “A Roaring Xmas”, in 2023 iventos created a fascinating combination of 1920s flair and festive Christmas atmosphere. Guests were invited to experience the world of the Roaring Twenties in elegant evening attire. With stylish Art Deco decoration paired with festive elements, an unforgettable and dynamic atmosphere was created that made the event shine with special radiance.

The goal of creating an unforgettable Christmas party was fully achieved. iventos handled the complete concept, planning, organisation and execution of the event – including programme, graphic design and on-site event support. The celebration not only fostered company culture but also strengthened employee loyalty and offered a brilliant conclusion to a successful year for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
