Topping-Out Ceremony.

iventos handled the complete planning and organisation of the topping-out ceremony for the Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier construction project. This included the entire event management, logistics and ensuring the necessary infrastructure on the construction site.

iventos transformed the construction site into an impressive event location and coordinated all key aspects, from managing the speaker and guest lists to providing security staff and structures. In close collaboration with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, all details were coordinated on schedule to ensure a seamless process.

The topping-out ceremony was a complete success, attended by 200 construction workers as well as 200–250 stakeholders from politics, society, industry, art and culture. Thanks to iventos' precise planning and execution, the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield brand was perceived positively, and the event achieved the desired impact.
