For the 50th anniversary of Niggemeier & Leurs GmbH in Bottrop, iventos was commissioned to conceive and deliver a unique event. The owner-managed company wanted to celebrate the anniversary in summer 2023 with two events: an exclusive gala evening for customers and partners as well as a large family festival for the employees and their families. iventos handled the complete planning and organisation of the festivities, including all preparations and the design of an unforgettable event.

For the anniversary, iventos chose the circus theme and staged a special experience with Cirkus Jonny Casselly jr., who erected a large circus tent in Bottrop. Even in advance, a multi-stage invitation tailored to the theme generated attention. The exclusive ceremony on 17 August 2023, with guests from politics and business, was shaped by a glamorous programme with culinary highlights and impressive circus performances. Two days later, the large circus festival for the employees and their families took place, where entertainment and a family atmosphere were the focus.

The anniversary event was a complete success and created a lasting impression on everyone involved; moreover, not only customers but also important representatives from politics and society were invited, thereby underlining the company's standing in the region and the industry. Guests were delighted by both the impressive circus performances and the well-conceived supporting programme. iventos ensured a perfect staging, which led to extensive coverage in local media as well as in trade journals. The event not only strengthened team building but also fostered customer loyalty by bringing all stakeholders together. From concept through planning to execution, iventos handled all aspects of the event, including graphic design, invitation management, programme design and event support, which had a lasting impact on all participants and stakeholders.
