LED Light Strip Installation Championship.

iventos was commissioned to develop, organise and deliver a B2B marketing event to present the innovative LED light strips from the company WASCO, which can be installed twice as fast as competitor products. The goal was to activate tradespeople as the core target group through a creative event and to clearly communicate the product's advantages. In addition to the event concept, iventos was entrusted with responsibility for and the realisation of the design and branding, the acquisition of partner stores and participants, the coordination of all trades, as well as the research and preparation of the event location.

At the centre of the event was the installation championship, where tradespeople could test the efficiency of the WASCO LED light strips live. iventos handled the entire concept, from event branding and corporate design through to media planning. Through communication in trade media and electrical stores as well as a €10,000 prize draw, a broad target audience was reached. iventos also organised the location research, participant management and video documentation.

The event exceeded expectations with a very high number of participants and generated great interest among the target group. The response in trade media was consistently positive as well. Thanks to iventos' professional planning and execution, the client was able to realise both a successful event and a strong after-event campaign.
