Photo Shoot & Breakfast Event.

The company Niggemeier & Leurs commissioned iventos to create an overall branding that connects the company headquarters in Bottrop with the Tetraeder, a landmark known throughout the region. The goal was to weave this symbol into the company identity and, through a photo-shoot event, to visually highlight both the employees and the vehicle fleet. The event was intended not only to strengthen the bond with the brand but also to foster team spirit.

iventos organised a corporate breakfast and photo-shoot event at the Tetraeder, where employees were invited to a breakfast. The surprise: a photo shoot in which both the employees and the vehicle fleet were professionally captured from various perspectives. Both a photographer and a drone photographer were deployed to ensure impressive shots.

For a flawless execution, iventos exclusively rented the spoil tip in order to position over 50 vehicles of the fleet at the foot of the Tetraeder. The logistical challenge was to place the cars and employees optimally within a tight schedule without compromising the event character. Throughout, the experience for each individual was the top priority.

The corporate breakfast and photo shoot was a complete success. iventos succeeded in integrating the Tetraeder as an iconic element into the company branding and in making a strong visual statement. The emotional images of the employees and the vehicle fleet generated not only a strong sense of togetherness but also a lasting brand connection. Thanks to iventos' seamless organisation and creative execution, an unforgettable event was created that strengthened the Niggemeier & Leurs brand both visually and emotionally.
