Event Series 25th Anniversary.

For the 25th anniversary of the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden, iventos was commissioned to organise a series of events that would both honour the historic anniversary and engage the community. The planning encompassed four event weekends and the year-round presentation of the history in the form of a film. iventos handled the complete organisation, from programme design and artist bookings through to the coordination of trades and staff.

At the centre of the events was a cinema setup that permanently screened a film about the history of the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden and the railway station. The four event weekends, spread across the year, offered varied highlights. At the Spring Fair, the Arcaden were transformed into a fairground with walk acts and interactive activities.

The Schönhauser Family Days fostered creativity in children through DIY stations, accompanied by stamp cards and giveaways.

The Schönhauser Birthday celebrated the very first tenants and offered infotainment, concerts, readings and hip-hop shows across nine event areas. Visitors received giveaways and centre vouchers.

The Sustainability Days for World Clean Up Day raised awareness through panel discussions, DIY stations and activities such as “Bastian's Nursery”, where clay pots were planted. Mystery cards and sustainable coffee cups rounded off the programme.
