Dorel Juvenile, a globally leading company in the field of children's products, commissioned iventos to organise a B2B event on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of its Maxi-Cosi brand.
Dorel Juvenile, a globally leading company in the field of children's products, commissioned iventos to organise a B2B event on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of its Maxi-Cosi brand. The customer and employee event was aimed at retailers and staff and was intended to showcase the brand world of Dorel Juvenile. The goal was to give guests a feeling of “coming home” and to strengthen their bond with the brand. iventos handled the complete planning and execution, including programme design, artist bookings and material coordination.
The event was staged in various “rooms” in which the brands' products were presented, among them the launch of a new Maxi-Cosi stroller. Sales conversations took place throughout the day. Highlights such as a pancake-portrait artist and the singing Skotty serving ice cream created an entertaining atmosphere.
After a short changeover break, the evening event began with a BBQ buffet, followed by a whisky tasting, a female DJ and an impressive LED show. Guests danced and celebrated over cocktails in a stylish ambiance.
The event was a complete success and allowed iventos to gain valuable experience in a new sector and to broaden its own repertoire. iventos was responsible for the entire concept, planning and execution and ensured a seamless process that made the event a special experience.
