iventos was commissioned to redesign MC-Bauchemie's customer and employee magazine MC aktiv in Bottrop. The goal was to develop a modern and attractive layout that aligns with the company's revised corporate design. In addition, reader guidance was to be simplified through a new categorisation in order to create a clear and contemporary reading experience.

Working closely with MC-Bauchemie's marketing management, the iventos graphics department developed a flexible design grid that reflects the company's corporate identity. MC-Bauchemie's signature colour was integrated prominently as a distinctive stylistic element, starting right from the cover. The new layout creates a harmonious connection between classic design and modern elements, enabling clear and appealing reader guidance.

Since 2021, MC aktiv has been published in its new design and has established itself as a visually appealing yet timeless magazine. iventos handled not only the relaunch but continues to support the ongoing design implementation of the three issues per year, including prepress and the adaptations for English-language versions. Thanks to the integration of an editorial system, the creative process was made more efficient, with iventos playing a central role in the further development of the magazine.
