Graphic Design Summer Party.

The ARZ Haan group of companies commissioned iventos to design and produce all print materials for the 2022 summer party. The goal was to develop a visual concept that gives guests orientation while underlining the festive atmosphere. The design of a wayfinding system as well as functional and aesthetic print materials was particularly important.

For the summer party, iventos created the comprehensive wayfinding system with floor prints, banners and signage that enabled clear orientation across the grounds. We also designed the drinks and food menus as well as signs for the catering, which were both informative and coherent in design terms. The concept was based on the company's corporate identity and combined it with the relaxed mood of the summer party.

Particular care was taken to ensure a consistent design across all print elements in order to create a unified appearance that reflected the company's professionalism while contributing to the relaxed atmosphere of the event. The high-quality print products met the functional requirements and were visually appealing at the same time.

Thanks to iventos' print and design solutions, the ARZ Haan summer party was successfully delivered. The creative and functional wayfinding system and the harmoniously designed materials contributed to the positive perception of the event.
